3. Client Responsibilities

  • Attending appointments, interviews, and classes as required

We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by false or incomplete information.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All service fees must be paid as agreed before service delivery
  • Fees paid for consultation, training, or services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Training Programs

  • Course fees, schedules, and materials are subject to change
  • Attendance and participation are required to achieve training outcomes
  • Examination results (JLPT/JFT) are controlled by external authorities

6. Limitation of Liability

CeyNippon (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for:

  • Visa refusals or delays
  • Decisions made by embassies, immigration authorities, or educational institutions
  • Losses resulting from third-party services such as airlines or institutions

7. Website Usage

  • Unauthorized copying or misuse of website content is prohibited

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
